If you require a quotation for a Building Control application where the fees cannot be calculated through our charges calculator, primarily this will include complex residential schemes, large detached houses exceeding 300m2 floor area and commercial schemes, then the online request form can be used for this purpose. Please upload the relevant drawings and we will provide the quotation within two working days.
In addition if you would like a quotation for a warranty that covers this work please complete the Warranty Request form and we will arrange for our warranty provider to provide the quotation.
Please note – where payment for a service is required we will email you with confirmation of the relevant charge and a link to where payment can be made. Payment must be received before we can proceed with the work.
